Studio 3 is a 1,000 sq ft blackout space with white walls and floors, 9 ft ceilings, and a private bathroom with shower. Located downstairs, it's set apart from the other studios, making it perfect for sound recording.

Studio 4 measures 975 sq ft and features the longest concrete wall in the building, canal views, and semi-blackout blinds. Positioned away from the road for quieter recording, it also benefits from street-level loading access.

Studio 5, at 965 sq ft, is light and airy with concrete floors, white walls, a step and concrete pillars. This canal-facing space is well-suited to still-life, lifestyle, costume fittings and castings.
